STEVEN L. AICHER
Steven was born and raised in a small farm town in Iowa, and once he graduated high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy. While in the Navy, Steven was stationed at Naval Air Station Sigonella, Sicily, Italy and aboard the USS Rentz (FFG 46) homeported in San Diego, CA.
Once Steven was honorably discharged from the United States Navy, he was a stay-at-home father of his two amazing boys while attending undergrad. Once Steven completed undergrad, he received the Faculty Scholarship and attended California Western School of Law.
While attending California Western School of Law, Steven was always focused on family law. He had internships with the Family Justice Center assisting victims of domestic violence, the Superior Court of San Diego South County Division’s Family Facilitator’s Office assisting self-represented litigants with their cases, and additional family law firms. While in law school, Steven was also on the dean’s list, received the top grade in Legal Drafting, and was the President of the Child, Family, and Elder Law Society.
Upon passing the California Bar, Steven volunteered with a family law non-profit organization assisting victims of domestic violence with other family law proceedings (dissolution of marriage, paternity, custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, and any other family law support they may need).
While volunteering with non-profits, Steven earned his MBA through Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University, where he was chosen to participate in an international practical course in Prague, CZ.
When Steven is not working, he enjoys spending time with his two teenage sons, traveling, and experiencing new foods and drinks.
